Policies & Standards
Project Turn-Around:
Lianna the Tech (Also known as “LTT”) has a typical turn-around time of 3-5 business days for designs in up to 4 rooms. Larger projects may have an extended turn-around period and will be determined by size of job. Any exceptions to the standard turn-around period will be made known before the start of a project. If a plan or design needs to be expedited, LTT will take 24-hour turn-around considerations with a $100 expedition fee. The client needs to submit a request for the 24-hour turnaround, and will be billed on the next statement.
File Sharing:
Lianna the Tech will release Chief Architect files upon request only to our client after the client signs off on the work, and revisions to the file are no longer anticipated. Any mechanical plans (Tile, electrical, plumbing) will be drawn using the last version of the file before the file was submitted to the client. To ensure the accuracy and integrity of the project and file, LTT will not work on an original LTT file that has been altered by any party other than LTT unless agreed upon by the client and LTT.
In the circumstance that the client has an existing Chief file with a different original author that needs additional work, LTT will take on the project with the same standards listed above.
Financial Responsibility:
Lianna The Tech exhibits an acute attention to detail and strives to achieve the highest level of communication with the client in order to display accuracy in each project.
However, as the leader and chief organizer of each project, it is our client’s ultimate responsibility to review and finalize/sign off on all dimensions, drawings, renderings, pricing, and cabinetry order/acknowledgments as final and correct.
Though mistakes are rare, LTT will attempt to think outside the box in providing options that will be the most cost-effective in fixing the problem. LTT is not responsible or financially liable for any mistakes or inaccuracies that may (though unlikely) occur in dimensions, plans, renderings, cabinet order/acknowledgment, etc.
Representation:
Lianna the Tech uses Chief Architect software that is industry-leading in providing clients with a high standard representation in plans, renderings, etc. of what the final product will look like. However, due to software limitations, final product may vary from the plans. Variances might be demonstrated in Door & drawer heights, door and drawer style, molding details, finishes, hardware, appliances, etc.
