What Can I Do?

• I will draft cabinetry layout plans with Chief Architect, which is an industry-leading software in producing clean and technically descriptive plans & elevations. Taking the measurements and specifications you provide me, I will get to work on the following:

-Plan view and elevations with appliance model numbers and cabinetry accessory descriptions/images
-Detailed molding diagrams
-Electrical/Tile/Plumbing Plans
-Installation instructions and detailed assembly instructions

• Create 3D renderings to give clients a good idea of what their space will look like

-Though renderings won’t be 100% accurate in the depiction, they will assure the client that the beautiful design envisioned will be a reality

• Design the space myself, or draft the custom design that you already have in mind

-I can easily work with a blank slate and create a whole design for you.
-I can take step-by-step instructions for the design you have already conceptualized with the client
-I can go halfway, making recommendations along the way
-I will always speak up when there are unforeseen complications in a design, and provide back up options/ideas to get around them

• Use your established relationship with a cabinetry line or representative and provide the cabinetry list/nomenclature for the project

-Having a list will make it easier for you to go over the design and cabinetry selection before you submit the project
-Though Lianna The Tech does not accept responsibility for rare inaccuracies or mistakes on the drawings or cabinetry nomenclature, I will do my best to think outside the box in providing options that will be the most cost-effective in fixing the problem.
